Putting visine in a drink will cause a bad case of the runs. The funny thing is it works rather quick on your "victim" So unless you want a big mess on your hands, never try this trick in your own house! Besides doing it out in public really increases the embarrassment factor for whoever you are playing the trick on.

Seriously, you really should not spike anybodies drink with anything. You really never know if a person could have an allergic reaction to whatever you add to their drink.

As to weather or not that this actually works, I saw it happen with my own eyes! There was this guy that came into the local watering hole acting all loud, and rude. The bartender, who was a good friend of mine added a few drops of visine to his rum and coke, and minutes later the loud rude guy was sitting in a pool of his own Hershey squirts! So it really does work!

put a few eyedrops in anything and it will give someone massive diarrhea, it usually works best with something that is already a little rough on the intestines, like coffee.
