Can't remember the name of a film.?

Question

I'm not sure if this was a made for TV film? Anyway it's about three children and their mum does something to annoy them or something and I don't know how but they end up getting three tokens to pick different mums. There's a girl who's the oldest and two boys who are younger. Each of them pick a different mum and of course in the end they realise they want their own mum. The youngest boy picks a kind of circus performer and the girl picks a really glamerous mum. Anyway that's all I can remember.

This reminds me of The Outer Limits. They had a skit on there and it sounds about like this.... Do not recall what the skit was named..but they could make any mother they wanted. At the end they just wanted there own mom back.
Yep I am positive this is where you have seen this....Or the Twilight Zone.
