I am kinda sad, and i do not have a reason why. What types of things could calm me?

I need to be nice and relaxed. I have serious meloncholy (being sad for no specific reason) going on. And everything is bugging me.

A lot of people get seasonal depression that starts around Thanksgiving and ends after X mas...Just keep your self busy..get on the internet and play games..pogo.com is a good site..If you are still feeling this way after x mas, see a doc but if you have just started feeling this way, it's probably why.

Try a warm bath with some lavendar oil. Take it easy on yourself and maybe go to bed a little early tonight. If it's something that continues for more than a few days you should really see the doctor. You don't want it to turn into a major depressive episode (I'm not saying that's what it is at this point). Best wishes.

You might be depressed....but....it's your way of thinking. Think of all the things you are happy for, blessed to have......think positive! (I know it sounds cheesey, but try it!) Force a smile, bc they release endorphins (that make you feel good.) When it comes to being happy...Fake it until you Make it! lol

Try calling a good friend that is always happy and positve.

Try getting up and going outside and just looking at the stars. Or go to a lake and just chill. Meditate or just chill in nature. All of those little things bugging you will just melt away!

You have to change your way of thinking. Turn the negative into a positive. I have been going through therapy for about a month. I was hospitalized for a week for depression and anxiety symptoms. Everything is in your way of thinking. When you feel yourself getting depressed, put your mind on something else. Find something you enjoy doing and concentrate on it.

do you excercise? sometimes a good brisk walk around the block (or jog) helps work out my mood. if you aren't into that then rent a funny movie to get you through- and maybe even invite someone over to watch it with.

Get out, take a walk, ride a bike. It really does help.

Been there, tried not to do that.

Sounds like depression. What you need is good flying kick up the a*s*s. Depress people are very into themselves.
