Martial Arts Shoes for Support?

I have flat feet and ankle pronation problems that tend to cause problems with my knees. To prevent another knee injury, my teacher suggested I get a martial arts shoe and put an arch support in it. Has anyone used either the Century shoe or new Adidas shoe? Would they work well with arch supports? I do Tae Kwon Do.

For TKD i would say to go with the Tiger claw, Addidas, or Century one. All are about the same and all will help. Good luck.

I personally like Tiger Claw the best, they are very comfortable and cost half as much as adidas.
