wHAT IS UP WITH HALO3 ????

It's because Halo 3 isn't anywhere near completion. Right now, very little is known about the game, which would mean that it's still early. I know Gates wanted Halo 3 to be released right around the time of the PS3's release, but Bungie didn't want to rush the title out, so that's why no H3 this year. It's probably going to be around Nov. 2007 before you will see H3.

The "est." release date has been said that it will be Nov. 1st, 2007. All halo games have been released in Nov., and earlier it was said that it's going to be released in Fall of '07. So I don't know if your following the game that you wouldn't know the release date. And I doubt you've been waiting for this game forever because Halo 2 was only released in 2004 of Nov., and that's only been 2 years. That's not forever. :)

Plus the Beta is coming out in spring and that can hold you over, or if you own a 360 and you play halo 2 on xbl they'll have some maps to get.
