people has told me that excersing in the morning you can loose more weight than if you excersise in the evening I go to the gym and excersie for an hour thats the only time i can work out is it going to work for weight loss?

YES!!
Morning workouts on an empty stomach first thing will help you lose more weight than any other workout time
It is because your body has no calories to burn and it goes straight to the fat stores
I HAVE TRIED IT I KNOW- seen results from it! I only workout on empty stomachs 1st thing in the morning
If you find that you can't do this, use caffeine to five you energy, until eventually you will find that your body adjusts to this energy demand w/o any food fuel and you will be able to workout easily on an empty stomach!

Well personally I lost more weight exercising in the evening! You burn off all the food you've eaten that day.
