I would say the blister that popped and is now exposed. I say so because I had this narly burn that blistered up and it popped by way of a couch rub and then it got all kinds of foreign object stuck onto the exposed part. Everything stung and it was very unpleasant.

Ouch! Both are awfully painful, but I'd have to go with the blister that just popped.

GOOD AFTERNOON PETUNIA,
The popped open blister because every time you wash your hands OUCH!!!!!!!!! and of course your sweater snags on it or your gloves when you have the blister on your hands, and EEEEWWWWW if it's on your foot , it gets caught on the blankets or your socks....OOOOKKKKKKKAAAAAYYYYY!
Enough of that, YUCK!
