Why do idiots...?

because they are too lazy and they completly ignore the questions that are like theirs that pop up when they are typing up theirs.

The reason is that these people either don't know how to utilize the internet to it's fullest potential or they're just too lazy to even try. That's pathetic because all the answers that I give people are right here on this. Now the only questions that I think people should ask on here are things like parenting questions because then you're asking questions to real people. Not reading what some doctor thinks on their website. I think this done come in handy at times... however i answer WAY more questions than I ask.

That is the question that keeps this place going.

Certainly, 90% of the fact-based questions here could be answered with a simple internet search

But once, I asked a question about something scientific... I didn't even know the name of that scientific phenomenon... here, people can figure out and help you out. I got my answer.

Asking a question on yahoo is equivalent to

a social gathering in cyber-space.

They want other people to do the work for them or they are just too lazy do something for themselves.

They yearn for some form of human contact.
