You need to go to the doctor and get tested for gastroparesis. .It is a condition where, the food you eat takes a long time to digest and to reach your stomach.

It can be detected by a barium xray. You drink a milkshake that contains barium and then you eat an egg salad sandwich or something similar and they can then watch and see how long it takes for the food to reach your stomach.

I have the same thing, I can only eat small amounts of food because I get full very fast and then don't feel well.

I have been on the medical round a bout with this problem and it seems to go no where. It is often accompanied by other digestive or intestinal problems, as far as I can tell. I developed this problem in my late forties I have never been the same since.

Have you ever been tested for IBS (irritable bowel syndrome)? There are many things that can cause your symptoms, but this may be the easiest to start with.

Do you feel like you have to burp? do you feel fire or heaviness in you stomach, chest, throat, or mouth with the bloating?

You could have GERD or ulcers.

The only way to get to the bottom of the problem is to see your doctor, or a clinic, have some tests done and go from there. there are some free clinics if moneys a problem. Just look them up in the yellow pages. Good luckl!

One thing you could try is an abdominal massage. If you can't find a therapist in your area, you can do it on yourself. Start on the lower right side of your abdomin and massage up to your rib cage, across to the left side, down to the lower left side and back across to the lower right side. If you do this everyday (or whenever you can) in a clockwise motion, it should help. If it continues and becomes really bad, talk with your doctor.

try taking Tums, or any type of anti-acid med. Perhaps gasX...if that doesn't work then you should see a doctor...They might put you on Zantac. Prescription Strength. Could be a big problem though so you should talk to a doctor!

If you have the time, visit http://www.renuherbs.com/ . I'm the health nut in the family, and it took me years to get my family to get into this, but my mom has lost 50 lbs doing what I've told her. Also go to http://www.i-act.org/information.htm - This works wonders for people who are not regular.

Preferably go to the doctor. None of the people here should be diagnosing you.

It's probably intestinal, but who knows.

    Best of luck.

my advise is to drink as much water as you can, eat vegetables, see the doctor o dieters soon, you might get hemorrhoids and that is really painful and for life so, take care of yourself and have some love for your body I mean stomach.
