What's the result?

In ODI two teams are there.

First team batted for 50 overs and scored 300 runs.

When the second team batted, they scored 130 runs in 19.5 overs and it started raining, no match was possible.

As per Duckworth lewis method, second team needed only 125 runs in the 20 overs to win.

It would be abandoned, no result

but my side note will be no way will that situation happen.

at 19.5 overs, or even 19, the umpires will keep the players out there until they get to 20 overs. There is no point going through that much cricket, gettting so close, and not getting an official match out of it.

No result is possible as according to rules minimum 20 overs to be played. Since the second team could bat only 19.5 overs, there will be no result and the match stands abandoned.

The match will be abandoned then, because 20 overs were not completed in the 2nd innings and hence result cannot be declared, as stated in the cricketing laws
