    #1 is "a" - "CPAs" is the plural of CPA

    "Three" implies the noun must be plural. And it's not a possessive form, so all the "xxx's" forms are wrong. And the plural of CPA is, "CPAs" not "CPAS"

    #2 is "c" (witnesses, attorney's)

    Again, the usage for the first part implies a plural noun - so "witnesses". The second part implies a possessive - this is the secretary "belonging to" someone. So it's either "attorney's" or "attorneys'"... but the use of "that" means it's singular, so it would have to be "attorney's".
