Is Yahoo/MSN messenger charging for the talk feature?

I heard that Yahoo and MSN messenger are looking at charging people to use the pc-to-pc chat on their newest messenger because of how popular it is, is this true?

    Its nothing but a kind of Voice Chat...

    through means of data sharing.... (i.e. through K.B.'s)

    & Net data sharing dosent cost them.... as it does not use any satellite or expencive means of communication...

    It wont b charging 4 a PC to PC call..

    else it will loose its popularity!!
