Swedish, you dont want deep tissue that will throw your body right back into ache... Drinking lots of water before and after a massage will help to flush out the toxins and also a warm epson salt bath ( you can find it at walgreens) for relaxation and taking out toxins...

Probably a swedish massage- esp.ly since you're asking- i'm guessing you probably haven't ever had one. So start there and ENJOY!
