File for medicaid. You can get a spend down based on your income level, you have to re-apply every three months. Do it quickly because they only pay bills dating back for three months prior to you applying. Also it takes about 45 days to get a decision on whether your approved or not, and if you have alot of money in savings (they don't count your residential home or one vehicle in your name)...well unfortunately they won't approve you at all, not matter how costly treatment is.

Contact The American Cancer Society. I am a Renal Cancer survivor. I recieved a ton of help and resources from them. There are local chapters all over the US. Look for them in your phone book or call the 1-800 number. Also, apply to your state for disablility. I don't know what state you live in but some have supplimental disability payments available until you recieve SS. The SS administration will make you wait for forever, they would rather someone die, than to have to pay them anything. It sucks, but it is how our lovely govt. operates.....I will pray for you both, Good Luck, and God Bless

Go to any school of medicine They will treat her and give her the meds she needs. Tell her doctor to send her there. They will send bills but they will not stop treatment if you can not pay. You need to look at Medicaid not medicare.
