Does anybody have the cookbook Muffin mania?
My kids keep mentioning a recipe I used to make for them to taketo school . Its 2 first ingredients were oatmeal and boiling water, and it was extremely moist and tasted really rich and fattening? Could anybody give itto me?

I have a muffin cook book I picked up somewhere. I'll have to see if the recipe is in there.

but I have one called The Muffin Maniac!
there's a blueberry oatmeal muffin recipe
in it! I have to locate the book amongst my
stack of books. I have a whole small room full of books.. room at entrance of my place filled
with books and a wee bit of yard sale items!
