Samuel Etoo is argurably the world's best striker maybe after Henry you cannot compare him with any of these guys you talk of, It is obvious Drogba and Essien are in fine form this season don't forget that Etoo's injury is taken to consideration.Etoo will obviously win it because he was top scorer in Spain last season helped Barcelona win championsleague and Spanish league and despite Cameroon not reaching African Nations Cup Finals he was still highest goalscorer compared to Drogba who went to World Cup and African Nations Cup Final.So definately Etoo will still maintain his award.Thanks

i really think it would be a tough fight between sameul et'o and didier drogba...but i think it drogba will have the edge.for the form he is in now...and he went to the world cup!
