listen to really sad songs and cry to let all the negativity go out. Or, ask someone to hug me for a few moment.

It is a state of the body. Mind controls the body! Mind over matter!
Set your mind to things that make you laugh. Things that are fun. Friends,family,arcade,movie etc. Don't go to a beach and watch the sun set. Or stay inside your room when it is raining.
My style is I go to my church,in between jogs around the block,pour all my heartaches inside and thinking what went wrong. I normally find the answers! From my head and then continue on to the next step which is setting the stage for laughter.Go out with my loud friends,party(don't get yourself drunk or you're back to square one)movies.
Then I get myself a good rest. The next day I spend time in an orphanage, a home for the aged,abandoned women,street bums-and ask myself the question " Is my life better than all these people?"Share with them,relate to how they feel. ask what happened to their lives. Emphatize.Give them love.Then go home.
Give yourself a good spa shower,drink a hot glass of liquid and sleep with a smile on your face.

SWIM!!!! but thats probably cuz i'm a swimmer...
some other tips are:
-take a walk
-watch a comedy
-read stories of people less fortunate than you
-listen to music
-sing as loud as you can (lol)
-take a drive
-talk with a friend
-pet a dog or cat

I take my car and go race it. If I can I go alone to a beach at night. I have sex with my boyfriend. I go shopping or to the movies. Or I have a good talk with my friends.

I pray and talk to God morning, noon, evening, and night. So, talking to God always makes me feel better. God can and will fix whatever and whomever's wrong, by making all alright.

I usually go take a nice long hot bath,,with some candles. And stay in there as long as i want,,,and to make sure noone comes in to bother me. It lets me clear my head and relax.

invite some friends over and watch some movies and play some music and try to enjoy yourself!
