My sister's 7 and loves those kind of things. I would have said plush models since my sister is practically attached to her video-game plush dolls, so I think that world market stuff would have some great products since she likes Sylvanian families.

a birthstone necklace, books to read, stuffed animal, nice big soft cuddly one. Don't do the Bratz thing, even though they love them I think just a little grown up for 10 year olds.

It depends on what your sister is like.. if she is a girly-girl than maybe you could get her lip gloss, bratz(bratz baby's, bratz kids, or the original dolls), lotion, perfume, nail polish, or a gift card to Claire's. However, if your sister is a tom-boy than you could get her a signed football, basketball hoop, signed baseball, sport cards, or a gift card to sports authority. If your sister likes singing... you could get her Cd's with her favorite signers and songs on it, a karaoke machine, microphone, or a gift card to a music store. Finally, if your sister likes art.. you could get her stencils, paintbrushes, paint, foam stickers, or a gift card to target....It all depends on what kind of girl your sister is! Hope I helped!

Take her to a spa/beauty shop get her nails done and a pedicure and tell her she's princess for the day!
