In poultry factory farm, what is the beak amputation machine called?

De-Beak..."Removal of half of the upper and less of the lower beak of pullet chicks at 4 weeks of age ..."

I want to know the name of the machine so I can look it up to see what it looks like.

Chickens are debeaked using a sharp, heated blade.  The blade cuts and cauterizes at the same time.  The beak is like a human fingernail, and removal causes no harm to the bird.

Why is this done so carefully?  If chickens see one of their number bleeding, they'll peck him to death.  Nasty way to go.
