Same time. Start looking to the east about an hour before sunrise. I will be the same all over the earth

In terms of "clock time" there's no difference between one part of the world and another. Even at the antipodes, there's only a 12 hour time difference, not enough for the apparent motions of these bodies to change appreciably,,,,,,,So, dawn in the US, dawn in the UK, dawn in Japan.............
