Sleep on your back instead of your stomach ;-)

When I drool at night, it's because I'm breathing with my mouth open because my nose is stuffed. If you think this could be your problem, you should maybe try using a decongestant before you go to bed. Don't use anything that's non-drowsy, though, or you won't get any sleep!

For 5 minutes before you go to bed, say this in your head.

"I will stay in this position all night." Many many times.

Lay completely on your back, with your arms at your sides.

Also, if you have a stuffy nose, you will breath from your mouth and the drool might just come out.

I also have the same problem. Because of nasal problems, I breathe with my mouth, and thats why you drool at night. I supsect you might have the same problem. In any case, try sleeping with your back lying down and head facing up.

I have the same problem. It is do to problems with breathing while you are sleeping

Like in my case I have a deviated septum. I had it fixed once, but then I hosed up my nose again when I got hit in the face by my skateboard. Now my left nostril isn't as productive as my right nostril.

There are procedures to fix these things!!

You should see your doctor about it. =o)

Try taking a Benadryl or two before bedtime. It reduces saliva flow.
