Not True, I've never heard anything like that, and believe me, im an obsessed fan, so i would know. i also heard miley cyrus was in a car accident when she was young, but thats false too.

This was asked a while ago. I think it's just a rumor. Like Steve from Blues Clues dying from a heroin over dose.

No, I have herd from Media References, that it was all a HUGE lie, Miley never broke her back, no need to worry.
