ok i really need help w/ this one??

Well, first, what's the title of the book?! Who wrote it about who and why did they care to do that?

There are websites which discuss different works, but how can we help you if they don't even list your project book? Do you think we can see it from here? Please!

Any book can be speedread, so I hope you picked one you don't really like. First read only the top line of each paragraph. Note down names. Put a tick against the name every time you see it again. When you get to the end of the book:

Now you have an idea of what it's about. List all the main characters' names, and who they are - for example:

Joanne; this book is about her life from 17 to 35.

Miro - He emigrated to America in 1995.

John; who employs her when she needs a job

Flog: her husband

Sprog: her son, who marries ...

Chloe: Joanne's best friend

Anna: her mother and friend/enemy/whatever.

It's written as a diary - Or it's written by a grandson. Or it's written in the style of a newspaper report - Or it's written about three people who worked together/fought together/went abroad together.

When did they do this? Are they important, lost, healthy, ill, rich, poor, happy, angry, sad? Where do they live? City, country?

Could this happen anywhere in the world, or only there to that kind of person?

Does the main character fit in with the others in the end? Is that because they adapted or did their world change over time? Who opposes them? Who agrees with them? What's important to them? Are they sympathetic, tough, included, excluded, tidy,sloppy; how does the writer use that? Is the character real, or only about a type?

Is the character there to show how we can fix issues, pursue happiness, get it right, get it wrong, get revenge, get through bad times, or tell a funny story?

It depends on the kind of book. It might help to read the first and last few pages of each chapter. If you don't think you are getting enought material go back and skim the chapters you think you are missing the most information in
