When the best time to taken diet supplement,such as multi vitamin, during breakfast or before going to bed?

    It depends on which supplements you are taken. Some are not absorbed well unless your stomach is empty. Others need to be taken with food to be absorbed effectively.

    Probably during the breakfast becouse the organism can absorbs the nutrients during the digestion process.
