Hey,everyone its Christmas?!?

Once the decorating, shopping,and shipping of gifts to loved ones are done I move on to doing the baking with my kids. Every year we make the traditional gingerbread house and gingerbread cookies and laugh til we cry at the inventive ways each kid decorates. My oldest son usually paints w/icing NBA uniforms complete with Nike sneakers and safety goggles just as an example. We await the arrival of family and friends and worship with them. After that it is the eager anticipation of watching the kids discover that they have gotten what they wished for. I have to disguise all of the presents in packing other than the store because my kids are excellent guessers and I want them to be surprised. Then there is lots of cooking and laughter until the New Year. Happy Holidays to you and your family as well!

YES IT IS! And I love it!

I will spend Christmas @ home and with family, eating until I'm stuffed and opening presents! I have a daughter and one of major highlights of course, is watching her open her gifts and get things she did not expect.
