How many handkerchiefs do you own? what do you use them for ( list all uses)?

My husband and I have around 15 handkerchiefs together. I usually carry one with me and use it to blow/wipe my nose and sometimes they can come in handy if I need to clean or dry my hands when I'm out or if I spill something.

Handkerchiefs are better than paper in so many ways that I would never go back to using Kleenex.

adult males must be the actually ones wearing handkerchiefs. My dad is a pastor so i ought to respond to in his footwear!!! about 60 handkerchiefs. all of them are only decorations for his matches.

One of the things that differs a lot between living in North America and living in Europe is that when I lived in Europe I used a hankerchief, and when I live in North America I only use tissues. When I think of the word hankerchief, I also think of it in Czech (kapesnik) as opposed to in English, I guess because they are used so rarely here. In North America we are a much more "disposable" society, so we are less likely to use hankerchiefs instead of tissues, cloth diapers instead of disposable ones, cleaning cloths instead of wipes, etc.

i own none. my husband has a couple that he occasionally puts in his suit jacket if he has an interview; he does not use them to blow his nose. my father has probably a drawerfull and he does in fact use them to blow his nose. so yay to my dad for being environmentally conscious but i think it's semi-disgusting and perhaps not humanly sanitary to blow your nose and re-deposit it into your pocket, and then also re-use the same hankie later.

I have 2 hankies. One was for Halloween and the other goes around my dog's neck.

i probably own about 2 or three. i use them for when we go out of the house just to go somewhere like a garage sale i use it to cover up my unbrushed nice smelling hair.i also use them just to match my outfit. there cool

2, I use them as decorations and doll dresses for younger relations.

I have one. I use it when I dress up for formal occasions.
