What exactly is Federal Funding ?

    It is where any project or scheme that is implimented by a group, either governmental or citizen that recieves an allocation of funds ( ie money) to finance the project or scheme from the Federal government coffers and not the State government.

    This money comes from money collected by Federal agencies through taxes, charges, fines and commissions.
