I wonder that he(she) is named serial killer during news. All murders are related with heroin. maybe some criminal group simply liquidates its network of small dealers and present that as actions of a sick person. If some policemen are corrupted, such course of things is very useful for them. Say, some trafficking was discovered and arrests started and they understand that their whole way is known. Witnesses are dangerous in such things for criminals.
It was interesting to know that Ipswich is from Gippeswick and the place was inhabited by Romans before Saxons. Or maybe by Romani people (Gypsies), though those considered arriving to Europe 500 years later? Brittish Gypsy language is heavily assimilated, maybe some tribes arrived earlier to this territory?
