Believers, plz help: The Bible says we should confess our sins to eachother?
and find healing. Have you done this? does it help?
Please, fellow brother and sisters in Christ--advice. Have you confessed and had it ruin a relationship? I would confess to a friend. Not about her, or anything to do with her, just something I struggle with. What do you think?

TALK WITH GOD!!!! You are to put your trust in him, not in the "imperfect" man. I always found it soothing to pray out loud in the privacy of my home when something is truly disturbing me. I always feel better afterward.
Actually pretend as though HE is sitting on the couch in the living room (like a husband would while the wife's cooking) (smile) and just talk with him as you're moving about doing your daily activities.
I remember doing that once and a calm came over me just as I was finsihing and I knew everything would be ok and it was.
Difficult paths are always on the horizon, but through Him and trust in him, when it is all over, you will thank Him.

it's not about hurting others or not. It's not about offending others or not offending. It's about doing what is right. If you feel more comfortable, confess to someone in the church first. Seek guidance from other christians and, more importantly, through prayer. Good luck friend. Many of us struggle with this.

Well, you should probably confess to a priest, so there is no problem with ruining your relationship.

we are to confess to Jesus (our high priest) the only time that you confess to people is to ask for forgiveness for sinning against them.

You do not have to confess each individual sin.
You only havre to confess that you ARE a sinner......and repent of those sins,,,,,,,,be baptised, ...............live a faithful life
We don;'t have to know the dirty details
