Por que cuando cenas muy pesado al otro dia te levantas con la sensacion de hambre?

NO DEVERIAs levantarte con la sensacion de llenado

    Siempre he tenido la misma duda...

    Se debe a que aunque estemos dormidos el organismo trabaja porque cenamos.. entonces es la sensacion de hambre con lo que nos levantamos.

    Esa es la conclusion que he llegado...
