I recently got stopped for careless driving for Flooring it what the hell?
OK i was painting for this afterschool project and when i left i was happy. Well i turned and for my friends to see me i stepped on my Big Suburban almost two tons! i have flomasters makes it louder and i went from like 5 to 20 in 4 or 6 second without burning out! Well cop zooms in and i didn't know!!! i stop at a stop sing then turn right go normal and about 3 yards stops me!! He got out of his car and tells me whats my name i say "angel" he said "Stop Playing" and i told him i wasn't. He then checks my documents and goes to his car comes out like 10 mins later and gives me a ticket for careless driving! what the hell? To get careless driving by law you quote, " Arkansas Code,Title27(Transportation), Subtitle 4 (Motor Vehicular Traffic), Chapter 50 (Penalties and Enforcement), Subchapter 3 (Offenses and Penalties Generally a Any person who drives any vehicle in such a manner as to indicate a wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property is guilty of reckless/careless driving

he could have tagged ya for having a modified or illegal exhaust. stomping on the gas of a 2 ton suv when not having to evade something about to hit u doesnt qualify u for having a light bulb moment.
i would call it careless driving also...taking yer eyes off the road while dropping the hammer; u were more interested in where ur buds were instead of watching what could be in ur immediate vicinity. the cop could have been a real hardcase and tag u for 2 charges instead.
