In the 1910s-1920s the Delahanty family had 5 brothers playing.
I almost certain that Ed Delahanty is in the Hall of Fame but none of the others are.
The DiMaggios had three brothers. If Dom hadn't been overshadowed by Joe he might have made it to the Hall of Fame. He's one of the most underrated players of all time.
We all know what Barry Bonds has done. Even before the steroids he was a lock for the Hall of Fame. But most people forget how good his father Bobby was. And Willie Mays is his godfather (if you want to count that as family, I don't but I thought I'd mention it anyway)
The Boone's have had three generations play in the majors, all of them good players.
Other people have mentioned some others so I won't bother repeating those.

In the recent past it would have to be the Ripken Family 3 great quality players all had great careers and know they have a book out called "The Ripken Way" it is a great book it really taught me a lot about how to play baseball. Also the Molina brothers are really making a name for them selves (the 3 catcher).

Smitty gave you a good list. Niekro's Hall of Fame. Griffey's probably too. Dizzy and Daffy Dean. Boone's (lot's of gold gloves). Didn't see Jeff and Sean Burroughs; Joe and Frank Torre or Jose Cruz & Jr. on Smitty's list. Over the years, I would go with the Boone's. Tho hard to take over the Niekro's.

The Delahanty's played about 20 to 5 years before what was previously started. "July 2nd, 1902" was a neat book.
I'll throw a couple others that I didn't notice.
Boones, Neikros, Paul and Lloyd Waner, Alous and the Deans.

Griffey: Ken and his father Ken Sr.
Ripken: Cal, his brother Billy, and his father Cal Sr. (manager)
Alou: Brothers Matty, Felipe, and Jesus where among the first Dominican players in baseball. Felipe's son Moises is still a current major leaguer.

DiMaggios had two quality centerfielders.
Alous had three brothers plus a son.
Bonds father and son were both all-star outfielders.
