What's the best freeware/open source software to capture vidoes ?
Would like to share some cool videos of FS2004 and FSX about my beautiful country Nepal. I love flying and want to share these vidoes. But don't have a whole lot money - I am happy knowing that I am among the 90% of the people on the planet money for a computer but no money for a software!!
Can anyone answer this question please. What's the best freeware/open source software to record/capture vidoes from a Graphics Gards and where can you get it ?

Fraps or gamecam lite
gamecam lite is free
fraps has a free 30-second version
