How can I make myself asleep easily when I used to be woking early dawn?

    drink two cups of chamomile tea...

    it has natural stuff that makes you tired...

    After 2 cups it usually knocks me out!

    The simple answer is... you need to get into a new routine. Your body is still trying to do the old routine. It will take a bit but it will come. It takes the body at LEAST three weeks to adjust to a new routine so wait a while before taking ANYTHING regardless. If you find that this is not helping you might consider seeing your Doctor for help.

    Try using melatonin... it is a chemical naturally produced by the brain to induce sleep, there are no known side effects and it is not habit forming. Do a google search for it or visit a local pharmacy.

    You must stay awake for 24 hours, and then lay yourself down to sleep at the time you wish to start sleeping routinely.
