I have never found one over the counter. I am pretty sure you need a prescription

One of my cousins isn't able to swallow pills at all.

Her doctor told her it was easier to take two Flintstone's chewables and grind up a folic acid supplement in some applesauce than to get prescription chewables ... just because they're both OTC. Plus our pharmacy here is very small; they usually have to order things that aren't requested every day.

Ask if you could try that. Or if you're taking this for TTC or very early pregnancy ... just do it that way until you get pregnant/see your OB.

Had a nurse say to take two childrens chewable vitamins and they were the same thing. Probably should check the labels and if you are still not sure ask your doctor becuase all women are different.

Always take doctors advice before taking any kind of tablets including vitamins as it will be harmful to the foetus.

hav good healthy and timely food, abundant milk , green leafy vegetables for healthy growth.

Would Flintstones work? My oncologist has me taking those as a current 32 year old.
