Yes, Paco De Lucia is the godfather of Flamenco music. If you are not already familiar with one of the most famous exhibits of virtuosity on the guitar, otherwise known as "Friday Night In San Francisco", by Al DiMeola, John McLaughlin, and Paco De Lucia, check it out. Believe it or not, if you like that genre of music, you might be interested in "Flamenco A Go-Go" by Steve Stevens (yes the guitar player for Billy Idol, but don't judge him by his pop music notoriety)

Joe Satriani, Steevie Vai, Eddie Van Halen. Led Zepplin too. And I understand that Jimi Hendrix was considered something of a virtuoso in his time as well.
