Usually the big retailers at shopping centers like Harvey Norman, Best Denki, Courts will have them. you can do your research there as staff there will be more patient with you and explain to you the pro and cons of each. their prices are quite fix or i should say, RRP. you might be able to get about 5 to 10% discount from Harvey norman..if you insist.

once you do your research, you can head down to SIM LIM SQUARE. its an electronic haven there. shops there are less patient (not all though) if you ask too many questions. so usually i have what i want and find out the prices from a few shops in Sim Lim square and go for that. if you are from overseas, you should go for SONY, as they have worldwide warranty. insist you get that. if not, it may not be the real deal. hope this helps.
