Can anyone give me an idea of what a 2003 100th Anniversary Edition Harley Dyna Wide Glide is worth?

6,000 miles, security system and chromed to the max - even the swingarm. I need this for insurance. Thanks in advance :)

Update:

RC : I have to assume this means you have no idea. Thanks anyway.

Update 2:

I guess I didn't make this clear enough. My ex bought this bike for our son. I agreed to pay for the insurance. The insurance company wants a value, but all he ( ex husband) will tell me is that he "Got a great deal from a guy getting a divorce".

It's a 2003, not a 2006.

Kelley Blue Book shows a suggested retail value of $13,730 plus $65 for the security system. It doesn't discuss chrome to the max, but this should get you started :)

And I have to say it. Who's your Google daddy?

you could detect a bike that has the exterior dimensions and average look of a Harley, however the only concern it is type of a huge float is a huge float. you're speaking some rubber-fixed motorbike with the po-ta-to, po-ta-to thrum it is by no skill duplicated. in case you enjoyed the huge float, detect a used one. you will spend some million/2 as plenty money, and somebody else could have in all likelihood already performed some customizing, like changing the production facility pipes with something with greater power and greater sound. that may no longer an anti- metric message. sure, i admire my Softail, yet there are great metrics available for much less money. they only are not Harleys.

ever since the '07 hd's hit the market, everyone's been dumping their '05 and '06 models just to get the '07 and the new 96ci engine.

unfortunately, this has caused the used hd market to get flooded and stagnated. resale values have been driven pretty low lately. if u bought a harley for high resale value, for now, "high" resale value just isnt what it used to be before the new '07's came out; their not as high as u'd hope for.

Go to NADAs website. You should be able to get a price there. I'm surprised your insurance co. wouldn't do that for you.

go to any harley dealership and ask to speak with a licensed appraiser. they can tell you exactly what it's worth. that way you won't get ripped off.
