"happy one year anniversery" : we don't really say that in French

"i want to be with you forever" : Je veux être avec toi pour toujours

"your kisses are priceless" : tes baisers n'ont pas de prix

"i cant wait to see you again" : je me réjouis de te revoir

"be mine" : tu es à moi (you're mine) cause in french you don't really say "be mine" that way it sounds rude.

some other things :

"I love you" : je t'aime

"I love you with all my heart" : je t'aime de tout mon coeur

"You mean the world to me" : tu es tout pour moi

"I miss you" : tu me manques
