They are a bot virus a fake malware that mimics as if they were participants from a community blog as this site. Recent reports have tracked them to be originated in Japan (not posting a link now, I'm not stupid!) This malware is obviously seeking to collapse the sytem by reaching a top score either in answers, rates or reports don't performs these actions anymore or it will lead to its success and who knows what else it can mess up. Best advise update your virus program, hide all your contact info and wait it out!
