Considering the reasons Clinton was almost impeached should Bush be impeached? Why or why not?
I'm sure this has been asked a thousand times but just curious how people feel today?

impeachment should be a consideration for Bush....
1. Violating the United Nations Charter by launching an illegal "War of Aggression" against Iraq without cause, using fraud to sell the war to Congress and the public, misusing government funds to begin bombing without Congressional authorization, and subjecting our military personnel to unnecessary harm, debilitating injuries, and deaths.
2. Violating U.S. and international law by authorizing the torture of thousands of captives, resulting in dozens of deaths, and keeping prisoners hidden from the International Committee of the Red Cross.
3. Violating the Constitution by arbitrarily detaining Americans, legal residents, and non-Americans, without due process, without charge, and without access to counsel.
4. Violating the Geneva Conventions by targeting civilians, journalists, hospitals, and ambulances, and using illegal weapons, including white phosphorous, depleted uranium, and a new type of napalm.
5. Violating U.S. law and the Constitution through widespread wiretapping of the phone calls and emails of Americans without a warrant.
6. Violating the Constitution by using "signing statements" to defy hundreds of laws passed by Congress.
7. Violating U.S. and state law by obstructing honest elections in 2000, 2002, 2004, and 2006.
8. Violating U.S. law by using paid propaganda and disinformation, selectively and misleadingly leaking classified information, and exposing the identity of a covert CIA operative working on sensitive WMD proliferation for political retribution.
9. Subverting the Constitution and abusing Presidential power by asserting a "Unitary Executive Theory" giving unlimited powers to the President, by obstructing efforts by Congress and the Courts to review and restrict Presidential actions, and by promoting and signing legislation negating the Bill of Rights and the Writ of Habeas Corpus.
10. Gross negligence in failing to assist New Orleans residents after Hurricane Katrina, in ignoring urgent warnings of an Al Qaeda attack prior to Sept. 11, 2001

Yes, Bush should be impeached. He has violated the Constitution with Military Commissions Act of 2006. This legislation completely violates the Bill of Rights. It give the President the authority to define what is torture and what isn't. Determine who can be deemed as an enemy combatant, and lock them up for an indefinite amount of time without charges being brought against them, even U.S. citizens. It denies the right to an attorney, and the right to go before the court. Also, denies the right to Habeas Corpus. Yes, I know Lincoln also suspended the Habeas Corpus, but the Supreme Court ruled in 1866 that he had no authority to do that.
By the way, after 9/11 Bush and Ashcroft did lock up LEGAL IMMIGRANTS without any charges against them, and some are still being held. At least that is what I have read on yahoo news. If he can do this to them, what makes you think he, or someone else, won't do it to you?
For those of you that say he is doing it to protect America, keep in mind not only this President but other Presidents can decide who is an enemy combatant, and do this to anyone. If this isn't a violation of the Bill of Rights I don't know what is.

He should be investigated the same way that the Clintons were all of his business dealings ect. The very same way that Clinton was and of course there is the point that unlike the others say and (most of those are republicans ) Bush has done just what they tried to impeach Clinton for and that of course is lie to the american people while Clinton's was more of a personal issue Bush would be more of a public one cause his lie has lead not to a dna infested dress locked in a safe but a war that has taken a lot of lives

Cheney's modern semantics-dance about no matter if the vice chairman place of work is or isn't area of the govtdepartment, then putting ahead it to be "no longer an employer" of the authorities - there merely must be some thing unlawful in all that. no less than, each and every American who likes our structure could supply him a midsection-finger salute and demand he renounce. i don't recognize ways each person can call themselves "patriotic" and allow that stuff to flow on, at the same time as they were SO wanting to question a guy for having an affair.

First of all, Clinton WAS impeached. Impeachment only means that he was charged with a crime or crimes, that’s all. I think what you meant to say was “Considering the reasons Clinton was almost CONVICTED, should Bush be impeached? Why or why not?”
Let’s see, Clinton was charged with 2 counts of perjury, by lying before a federal grand jury, which by his own admission, he did, and 1 count of obstruction of justice, by attempting to delay, impede, cover up and conceal evidence in the Paula Jones sexual harassment lawsuit, which of course the evidence shows he also did. Clinton was also accused of abuse of power, but was never impeached on that charge; it’s a shame really because he made several attempts to influence the Special Prosecutor, the Justice Department and by some accounts even the FBI.
By the way, the abuse of power accusation of Richard Nixon was one of the major reason he left office, because they had him cold, but Slick Willy, along with the sycophantic press screaming his innocence and labeling Ken Starr the devil himself, gets off Scott Free on this charge, which of course was the most serious of them all.
Now, to my knowledge no one has accused the President of anything. So, you tell me.

Clinton WAS impeached, he disgraced himself, along with a willing intern and the office of the president. Congress and the Senate will determine Bush's fate. Personally I believe his actions have kept us safe for the past 5 plus years.

Clinton wasn't almost impeached. He was impeached. He just lucked out of being tossed out of the White House. He's now one-of-a-kind in our nation's history, thank God. Bush, and his dad, are two of the greatest presidents we've ever had, especially since we had a world wide crisis on our hands. I'm not sure you'll realize this however. Gods Bless you.

Of course he should, but no he won't.
He was PLACED in office by the illuminatti. The skull and bone society, is very real. They rule our world, and always will. Yale is where they are recuitted. George Sr. was a grad and is a member... GW was allowed in because of daddy. If it were within their power... the presidency would be a lifetime office. (and don't think they didn't try!!!) Yes, they should all be brought to justuce, but instead they will be brought to Aruba, or some other tropical resort. Stay the course, and God bless the people's republic of America!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALL HAIL!!!

President Bush didn't have extra marital affairs and lie to the Country about it like Draft-Dodging Bill did.

You know your democrat when:
You think a Presidents wife should stand behind her man until he's out of office and she can run for the office herself.
Now to your question:
No, Bush is bit frustrating sometimes to us conservatives, but he is honorable and has the countries best interest in mind. Without him we may be waging the war on our soil.
