You can marry her on the tourist visa and have her adjust status to permanent resident, (this option is only legal if she had no intentions of marrying and staying when she entered the US), but it still requires lots of paperwork. There is no avoiding the red tape if you want her to become legal in the US.
Just be aware that if you marry on a tourist visa and her greencard petition is denied for some reason, you will not be able to appeal it. The option to appeal a denial is only given for applicants adjusting status from a valid non-immigrant visa.

If she is here on tourist visa, then marry her......My husband came on a tourist visa also and we got married.....It took him about 6 months to get his green card, and then about a year and half to get his residency.....But, the good thing is, we got to be together during the whole process.....Best of luck to you....

extremely. each marriage is criminal, in spite of status and no matter if her Visa has expired or not. the basically human beings marriage to a US citizen does not help is those who entered the country illegally. Marriage is unable to modify their status in any respect. when you marry, you be conscious for adjustment of status, alongside with some thing else of the workplace artwork (employment authorization, shuttle permission, and so on) on her behalf, as you'd be her sponsor.

If you want to marry her then go ahead. All that she will need to get married is her orginal birth certificate and a photo id.

Love should know no borders. Marry her. Then maybe even go live in her country, it couldn't be any worse than the US.
