    SE stands for "SouthEast," which denotes what end of 82nd Drive the address is on, since there could also be an "NorthWest 82nd Drive."

    "Drive" is a suffix (like Street, Boulevard, Road, Court, Place, Lane, Way, etc.) that keeps addresses from being duplicated.

    For example, there can be an 82nd Drive and an 82nd Avenue in the same city.
