How to stop PACs from raiding our neighborhood associations?
We've got a local bunch of activists who are trying to stop a Walmart from opening locally. They're petitioning the local neighborhood associations for money (a LOT of money), and then swamping the association meetings with new members (signing up on the spot) to vote themselves the money. How can we stop them from stealing our association funds for their own political ends?

Propose a motoin in your association not to give money to PACs. If it's ratified, that stops them cold. Make it so it can only be undone by a 2/3rds majority of the members.
