Is this normal for me?
Im 13 and just couldn't ask my mom this question. I am sort of obsessed with my upper growing (breasts) and my bottom (will not comment). Also what does masturdebating mean? Is it bad?

It's not unusual as your body starts to go through the changes of puberty to be somewhat obsessed with the changes that are happening. Just remember that your body will need time to finish developing and to settle into its 'adult' shape and size. As long as you're eating a healthy diet and are getting enough exercise, whether it be in gym class or on your own, your body will even out in time.
Most of my friends and I found our bodies didn't fully settle into their adult pattern until we were out of high school. Most of the growing was done, but our breasts and bottoms didn't finish getting all their curves and final shape until we were in our early 20s.
Masturbating is when you touch your genitals, particularly around your clitoris and vagina for pleasure-because it feels good or to get feelings of sexual enjoyment. There is nothing wrong with this-it's perfectly normal and healthy to do.
Many girls your age will touch their genitals or look in a mirror to discover what their body 'down there' is like and what it looks like/feels like. This is also normal but is different than masturbation, which is being done to get sexual enjoyment.

First of all, don't be obssessed about your boobs and butt. There is nothing wrong with not having them/one at all or not really. This just shows how thin you are which is a good thing. And as for your second question, don't do it. It's really nasty. People always say "oh, it's good for you". But I think they should cut the nonsense out because it is nasty!

Masturbating is when you explore your personal areas. It is when you explore alone. It is not bad, maybe at your age it would be to others. At your age it is perfectly natural to be curious about your body. You shouldn't obsess about your body it will progress with time, you can't rush it. Let nature run it's course, don't be in a rush to grow.
