Why do so many ppl blame children's.......?

obesity on advertisements and the food companies? That's so f*cking irresponsible. Almost as irresponsible as the parents allowing their children to indulge in soooo much food that they are obese.

because the parents are usually fat fuqqers themselves and they want to blame that on genetics instead of the fact that they shove a big mac into their gullet everyday

I know. Parents need to learn to say no to their children. My parents keep me on a healthy diet that is why i am only 105 pounds at the height of 5'6". People complement me on how much I exercise to for a 15 year old! I am in great shape and i watch the same advertisements as everyone else!

Yeah sure the ads are tempting. But learn to say no. Like the obese kids onthe talk shows that eat more than a grown man. Disgusting.

because they cant blame the parents, that would be wrong!!!

BUT you have to admit, from 20yrs ago the commercials for food has probably quadrupled. I dont think it has anything to do with food, it laziness, psp. game boys, computers, kids dont go outside and play today. I read an article recently that one school was banning tag during recess cause someone could get hurt. Hmm tag is running and thats good right?

  • Thats true they are always putting the children on the spot saying stuff about obsesity. I'm not sure why they blame the children but one thing I do know that it goes back to the parents for being responsible of their children/

McDonalds should be a punishment not a reward. I hate it when kids get it for doing things good. I also agree that a child who is brought up in a healthy home is best off.

    Amen, sister. Sing the chorus.

If more people took responsibility for their own actions, it'd make a real difference in how the world looks today!

They blame it on advertisements and stuff like that because they know kids are very easily influenced.

most of the people who buy their kids fast food all the time it's cause they can't afford anything else, and don't have time to cook cause they're working too full time jobs for minimum wage.
