Retain managers?

What action do you take to retain a good manager in your company?

    We treat ours like human beings without a number or anything. If we have a party, they are invited. If they have a birthday, we celebrate by taking them to dinner. Christmas we give them things that they need, not things they just want.

    We give them greetings and thanks on a daily basis. We treat them like we want to be treated and they have all been with us for a while now and have no intention of leaving.

    Fair and Honest in your dealings. Not everyone or everything revolves around material benefits. Motivational factors are very different from organisational "hygiene" factors. Tell him what you have just asked! You will be pleasantly surprised.
