Someone may have stolen your credit card, if you have never dealt with this company or even heard about them.
I suggest you contact your credit card company and dispute the charge. Then ask them to change your credit card number, and be vigilant with regards to your other accounts. Better yet, get your credit report at http://www.annualcreditreport.com/ which is TOTALLY FREE to see if there are any new cards opened in your name or any other questionable charges.
