No, it doesn't have a built-in radio, but there's a hardware you can buy that you add to your iPod to listen to FM radio.

No...unfortunately nano's dont have FM radio capability. But you can upload your digital photos onto it other than just music!

No FM radio. There is a product called iFM where you can attach an FM receiver and remote to your iPod from Griffen:
