Using MLA, how do you cite a movie?

I am having trouble finding information on the web about citing from a movie. I am doing a movie review on the Da Vinci Code and I need to list the movie on a Works Cited page. Please Help!!

    to cite a film:

    underline film title. Screenplay by (name). Dir. (name). Perf. (list main performers in film. (list studio ex: 20th Century Fox), (year of release).

    please take note of punctuation in the example. periods after all but comma between studio & date.

    what to include:

    title of movie.

    director

    performers.

    producer

    manufacturer or distributor, date of issue (copyright).
